Abstract

The Article focuses on a regulation published by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) which limits the domestic flight delays of stranded passengers. It says that airlines are required to create a delay contingency plan and to provide passengers with food and beverages. It mentions that the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives consider the Airline Passenger Bill of Rights Act of 2009 (APBR).
