Objectives and Policies

Global Studies Law Review is a student-edited legal journal dedicated to publishing superior works by renowned international, foreign and comparative law scholars. Students are selected for membership by participation in the writing competition, and first-year grades. Students interested in joining should click here.

Global Studies Law Review aspires to further and promote research and scholarship on international, foreign and comparative legal topics. To that end, abstracts and full-text PDFs of articles in previous issues are available for free and open access on this website. All published volumes are available using the drop-down menu and “Browse” button on the left side of this page.

Except where the author has reserved copyright, Global Studies Law Review grants permission for reproduction of articles and student works for classroom use in nonprofit educational institutions, provided that (1) copies are distributed at or below cost, (2) author and journal are identified, (3) proper notice of copyright is affixed to each copy, and (4) notice of use is sent to Global Studies Law Review.
