The Rise and Fall of the “Mixed” and “Double” Convention Models Regarding Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments

Abstract

In this Article, I attempt to analyze the reasons for the colossal failure of the international community to agree on a single international comprehensive instrument that regulates recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
